Free local phone service. Free Cable TV. Free Parking. Free high speed wireless Internet in Lobby (free PC use in office). Clean, well maintained. Close to downtown Casinos. Accross street from River and Park. Shorts: Border area: South is $300,000 condos; North is Motel/Monthlies, and old houses used as businesses. MAY need to get own TV and Phone. Old Cheap furniture. Designed like an apartment building; used as Motel; converted to apartments. Poles in Parking area under building. Greyhound near by; but moving. Over all: Closer to the condos than the motels. Excellent Value. Comments: 190 unit, 5 story cube, with center court. Each unit has its air conditioner. Heating is in building as a whole; in winter, a little electric heater may be nice. Mandy: Mandy read this and said...'You did NOT say anything about me!'...Five Foot Two, eyes are blue, and a gucci gucci gucci gu, has anyone seen our Administrative Assistant'...Any girl that cute has got to be married (She is married...LUCKY GUY!!!).
