Cost, location, safety, proximity to transportation system, cultural events, recreation opportunities, entertainment options, range of dining-out options, shopping centers and specialty stores, environmental appeal of immediate neighborhood. Variety of larger apartments are available. Adequate work-out facility Office, maintenance, security staff are helpful and friendly. I consider myself lucky to have located here.
