I have lived here for 3 years and have enjoyed being nearby all the downtown attractions and the river. It's a simple, quiet place to live with no phone, electric or water bills to deal with every month. Just pay the rent and your done!
There are washing machines on every floor and even a great restaurant in the building. How much more convenient can you get'

The staff here including Callie, Mandie, Don and the gang have become more like family. We have a great relationship. They are always looking out for me to make sure I'm happy here. I often visit the office to get on the internet, munch on popcorn or just hang out with the gang.
