Great location! Great price! I have lived at Truckee River Terrace for almost six months now. This is nice clean and quiet place. They have parking which is a plus living downtown. There is also a restaurant on the second floor. Each floor has a trash shoot which is convenient and a laundry room. There is even a gym. The staff here is very friendly and helpful too.
