Dont stay here -- stay away

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
The place is very badly maintained. The management is not at all friendly. I have stayed there for over 2 years.. Its been 6 months that I moved out but I am not getting my deposit back. I am getting tired of even calling them now.
