I left this apartment in good condition and was told because I smoked in the apartment that I would not get my deposit back because they had to replace the carpet & repaint it. I worked for an Property Management company for 9 years & I never had to repalce a carpet for someone smoking in an apartment. So if you are a smoker do not live here
