I lived here for a year and Liked the apartment for the most part. There is a very bad bug problem in the summer do to the little lake behind the apartments and also do to the fact that this developed area is all on a marsh land area.
The noise is pretty bad also, kids and or the police helicopter evry other weekend. Just a note also, Vintage apartments are next door to lower income family apartments.
I have had a few problems with the punk kids from next door.
The gates into Vintage are always broken and if they say they are being worked on, guess again. The gates have been worked on 3 times since I have lived here and still do not always work. You will always see people waiting and mad trying to get in.
Pool area is nice accept it is over run by the kids from Vintage and surrounding areas.
My personal opinion is to look somewhere else.
