I have lived here for almost 3 years and I love it. The staff has always been wonderful. Any maintenance issue I've had has been handled in a timely manner. I have asked about the gates not being closed and I was told that it's not because they are broken, but they are thinking of taking them out completely. That's ok with me, because really, with them not attached to a fence I don't understand what my neighbors are fussing about.
I have read the other comments on here and I understand that a lot of residents are not from Nevada, well for those of you that aren't let me give you a lesson in Nevada Law. It is a Law here in Nevada that every subdivision must have affordable housing. So, every neighborhood no matter the area will have affordable housing just like the one next door. The Vintage is the best place I've lived in a very long time. I feel welcome and I also feel very safe here.
