I was the first in my apartment. I moved in in 10/2000 and I am thinking of renewing my lease for another year. I Have had my share of problems with management, buildings and parking. They towed one of my vehicles because there was no place to park. I did park in a bad spot but no one else has been towed since it happend to me. My husband and I have complained about people parking in the same spot but they don't care anymore. The biggest issue for me is that lately the people moving in my building number 9 are loud and like to throw parties. I have been complainin about one neighbor for a year but because of the management change nothing was done quickly. It was frustrating but I can understand the situation. In regards to the gates according to people that work in the office first they were broken. I saw this first hand. When the new manager came on she discovered that they are not acceprable per Nevada State code. This is why nothing has been done. If you keep working with the management things will get fixed. They just have had a very bad staffing issue over the last year. I love my place and don't plan on moving for some time. My recommendation is that it is like every other place nothing special. YOu need to make what you want out of it. Even if it is pricey.
