HI,
We have a third floor, end unit, 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1200 sq ft apartment at Vintage. This is a view apt with views of the Sierras and the lake with the fountain. Because it is on the top floor, we have 12 ft high vaulted ceilings and a fireplace in the living room. Each bedroom features a large walk in closet and an adjoing full bath. The master bedroom has a built in computer desk with cabinets and a ceiling fan. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. It is really a beautiful apt and with the high ceilings seems very roomy. Vintage rents this out for $1100 per month. Due to unforseen circumstances with employement, we no longer can use this apt. We will sublet it at $900 month with no lease, no deposit.
