Beautiful, and worth it, once you look at the big picture.

I went and saw the apartments once with a friend of mine. When I came back with my husband the rent went up nearly 200 dollars. So, I waited and waited until they had the special again. Michelle in the office was very very nice, kept me informed and was willing to answer any questions and informed me of past complaints. The others in the office have their moments, so I just try to stick with Michelle.

I was so excited to move in. However, once I got there, things began to look a little different. The porch, which is big and my dog loves was ruined and I was told several times that it was cleaned up even thought it wasn't. Finally I was told it was too cold and that they would have to wait for warmer weather to give it a proper cleaning. The molding was scratched out by a dog from two owners back and they never replaced it. They just asked me to put it on the sheet.

Then, my closet door was cracked and chipped by the bolt. Maintenance constantly called and kept us informed about a replacement door. Then one day the door was gone the next day the door was back with a crummy quick fix it repair. My husband called management and it took several days for them to call back and say that the wrong door was ordered. My Kitchen floor came up and my tub has been regrouted twice since December.

The trash valet service is nice, but they should pick it up more than twice a week. It gets over loaded often and degrads the overall decor. Doesnt look very nice to walk over trash, or smell trash as you are coming home.

The overall apartment is very nice. I like the storage and the entertainment center cubby and the computer area in the larger one bedroom. Plus the closet is huge. They have a full size washer and dryer with a storage shelf over the top.

The bathroom is very big with a full jacuzzi size tub. The layout is very nice and well thought out.

I also like the private porch and doorbell.

The club house is beautiful. The pool is gorgeous and the spa has been open all year round. The pool was closed due to cleaning costs and I think it make sense to do so. I think that the complex should take out the laundry room, since almost all apartments have their own washer and dryer and create my exercise room space. The theatre is very nice and the overall decor is cozy and elegant.

The noise is minimal, I rarely hear my neighbors walking around or on the stairs. I would say that the buildings are very study.
