When I moved into the apartment, it was nice, quiet and spacious. Then I came home after work. There was no place to park other than the McDonald's across the street. (We are on a waiting list for a garage since the parking situation is poor - it will be an additional $80 per month for the privledge - if we ever get a garage.) There are 368 units and about 150 free for all parking places. Our building has 14 parking places out front and 16 apartments. My neighbors have five cars, the other neighbors have three cars, the upstairs neighbors have 2 cars, my husband and I each have a car, hence 12 cars for the 14 spaces and this does not take into account the other 12 apartments in the building or thier cars.

The sink leaked when we moved in and I am sure that it will leak when we move out, despite the 8 repairs that have been made. The caulk in the bathrooms is never repaired correctly between renters. They seem to caulk over the mold rather than remove the old caulk and replace properly. The windows are vertical lift windows that do not stay up properly - watch your children and pets.

Two months into our lease, the management rented to a group of transient construction workers from out of town. They are allowed to move in and out at 3am and have done so for the last 4 months. The management has yet to do something other than leave a note that the hours are not appropriate.

I avoid the pool and spa since the number of flailing children makes it noisey and diapers have been left floating by unknown users.
