Forget about parking, these folks are incapable of being creative or capable of solving the simplist problem. They are disrespectful and must have grown up in a prison yard. That is what type of service you can expect if you move into this place. The last management staff held monthly gatherings, festive crowd almost like that from the old southern society, they had class. This new management, guess they're gonna turn these apts into condos like the ones across the street. Why' Because the managers here are not concerned about making long lasting relationships, they give a hoot about who's living here and it's really a bother for them to have to speak to you about anything. Once you're here you will begin getting these notices of incompetence and no appologies even when they are wrong and having to take up your time to clear up their mess cause it's usually their fault. From the outside it looks nice, but these apts are falling apart, the walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors too well, the windows leak and so do the doors durning the summer and winter months. Parking is like musical chairs, makes you not want to leave your apartment when you're lucky enough to get a parking space. Visitor parking is your parking, cause visitors are always parking here! and the management could care less. This is not a better place to live so I recommend looking anywhere but here!

I couldn't agree with you more. After leaving $500 in non refundable deposits, they sent me to collections for a $71 repair bill that should have come from the pet depostit. Another $17 for utilities during a time I didn't live there, yet NO explanation about what is done with the $500 in non refundable deposits. What a rip-off DUMP.
