Don't let the nice grounds, friendly office and maintenance staff fool you. This place is about collecting as many pennies from you as they can. I have a flawless rental record, yet $500 in security deposits and fees get you in the door. None of which is refundable. Even after you've paid these outrageous non refundable deposits, they'll claim that minor damage (less than $75) caused by your pet is not covered and they'll send you a bill.

Living there is anything but peaceful. There isn't enough parking and people park their extra vehicles there that sometimes aren't moved for weeks! Walls are paper thin and you'll hear everything you ever didn't want to know about your neighbors! Ceilings and floors are no better. If you are unfortunate enough to live on a lower level or middle floor unit, you'll always have the pleasure of knowing exactly which room your upstairs neighbors are in, including the cat!

The balcony doors and front doors are horribly noisy in that they all slam shut and echo throughout the complex.

If you don't mind these annoyances and don't mind a plethora of additional charges, including but not limited to:
1. lake view fee
2. mountain view fee
3. pet rent

then take your checkbook and nerves to the Vintage at S. Meadows.

Oh and i forgot to mention, all this for a measly 6 month residency!
