I have been here for a long time, and I like the new staff! They enforce policies across the board, not when they feel like it, as the prior management staff did. They towed cars that prior management left sitting for what seemed like forever, some two years.
The maintenance crew are friendly and work hard.
The issues I have had have been resolved immediately by the new manager, and I am treated like they never want me to leave. This is the general concensus with all my neighbors. Maybe you other folks--who submitted reviews recently-- should take a look in the mirror, because if you are respectful to others, they treat you with the same respect. I have seen those ladies in the office being yelled at, cusssed at, and threatened by people who want policies broken for them.
I LOVE IT HERE!!!

Long time resident huh! I can just imagine who you are. Prior management towed cars regularly. There were no vehicles left for two years. Most residents I have spoken to have said that they wish they had the prior management back because they feel unwelcome and made to feel like the new manager is a warden not a manager. You must have new management buffaloed that's why they are nice to you.

Do judge other residents on how they been treated is wrong. We pay rent and ALL deserve to be treated wonderfully. (you must neither elderly or work in property management and trying to score points for your own property.)to have an attitude like that. I have worked in property management for 3 years and I can say the honest people in this business would down you for having an attitude like that. The ones that dont down you and are nice to you just want you to shut up. No property management staff likes community rat and that is what you sound like.
