very bad maintenance

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
They have no maintenance what so ever. They; do not fix if the microwave breaks or the lock or anything else for that matter. they do not inform before cleaning the outside of the building resulting in our furniture getting damaged with water, Staff is rude and unresponsive. Club house is close every now and then.
