We were told that the management would be making the community better for all the residents by painting, fixing the gate, provinding us with a tanning bed, giving us assigned parking.
The painters took 3 1/2 weeks to paint the bulilding that I live in. The painters jumped my patio rail to get access to my patio area at 7 am. The manager told me that I needed to pay for my own painter if I wanted them to paint at a later time. When It came time to get my assigned parking spot after taking a week and a half to re-pave the parking lot (the parking lot was fine to begin with) I received no answer from the manager on when I will receive a parking spot...I found out when I went to pay my rent that the manager did NOT think the plan through and there were not enough parking spots for all the residents so I would not be getting a parking spot.
The manager does things to make herself happy and I was very happy to hear that she is no longer the manager!!!!!!!!!!! When you talk to someone in the office talk with them the same time everytime you go in - you will get better service - it is easy now that there are only 2 people in the office.

Count the spaces...there are plenty!!! The management company is full of %R&%$*^&% as usual...placing blame on others instead of making changes and WORKING!!! Don't blame the prior manager--she knew how to count!
