I've lived at the vintage for a while now and the location is good, but everything else about the place is really cheap. The carpets are especially stain prone and of the lowest possible quality. I honestly feel like my health could be compomised because of the amount of carpet fiber that ends up everywhere. Parking isn't usually a problem. The apartment is next to a rough complex and it seems like more an more violence happens around here all the time.

Good luck ever getting a package delivered to your apartment as well. UPS and Fedex routinely just stick a note to your door without even knocking and drop off everything at the main office. The hours that the staff are available are a joke and most of the time they act as if you have two heads no matter what the question is.

The hot tub and pool are usually filled with people who aren't from the complex and the the grills are generally so dirty you would never want to cook on them.

The excercise room is full any time you would want to use it.

I'm a long time resident and want to clarify a couple of things: Delivery people put a notice on your door, then drop the package off at the office. This eliminates leaving stuff unprotected in front of your door. If you don't like it, why blame the complex? I regularly use the exercise room and more than half the time am the only one there. (maybe I'm the one filling it up). Carpet are the same as you'd find at other apartments, Ok, but not high quality. Agreed that the apartments next door are a problem.
