I just recently moved out of this complex and over all our experience was okay, but I did not feel like it was worth the price. The apartments were large in size and had plenty of windows, but the walls are thin even for apartment standards (I could hear my neighbor snoring at night). The grounds were green and very well maintained. Parking is limited at best. There were many nights that I had to park in the front office spaces. There are a lot of dogs; both large and small living in the complex, which means watch where you step, not everyone is responsible with their pet. The pool always has a lot of children, makes you wonder if they are coming from next door. We noticed immediately that we had an unusual amount of spiders both in and outside the home. Even after the office came to spray twice, the problem persisted, but it's no wonder with the amount of mosquitoes and gnats from the lake. The office was always friendly, even if it was a different girl each visit, and the maintenance staff was very prompt with our requests. Upon moving out we thoroughly cleaned the unit and learned that we would only be getting half of our deposit back. They were charging us to clean the carpets. I know for a fact that those carpets looked just a new as the day we moved in. Plus, shouldn't that be included in the non-refundable deposit' So overall, it's an okay place to live, but don't let your expectations get too high.

Well at least I'm not the only one that felt ripped off when I left. They are trying to collect and 800 dollar bill from saying they had to redo the whole place and I left it spotless.
