The office, management, and corporate personnel have attempted to charge exorbitant fees upon vacating the Premises. You will be charged with unreasonable cleaning fees associated with the apartment that were in existence prior to your move-in date. In addition, the office personnel will not maintain your rental file in a professional manner. Therefore, they may loose pertinent documentation, such as your intent to vacate or intent not to enter into a new contract. The office will not service your needs in a timely fashion. For example, in may take several days to have a hot water tank repaired. There are numerous other issues associated with the unorganized office, management and corporate personnel.
