I've lived at The Vintage apartments for the past year. Since I've been here, there have been a lot of changes (like installing a new parking gate and hiring new staff). Sometimes the gate is left open, but lately it's just because it's been snowing. Everytime I go into the office to put in a service request, the staff is always willing to help me, and I don't have to wait more than a day before the maintenance request is done. Once they had to order a new garbage disposal, but Ricardo called me as soon as it came in to set up a time to install it. I honestly have never had an issue with any of the office staff or maintenance staff; if anything, they always smile and ask me how my day is going. As with any apartment, the walls aren't completely soundproof, but it's one of the best that I've lived in.
