Vintage at South Meadows

Changes since 2006 From: arp01 Date posted: 3/19/2008 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2008   The grounds are attractive, parking is ok - I've never had to use the 'new tenent' spaces in front of the office in over 5 years at this complex. Amenities are nice and the units are spacious. The noise from neighbors is less of a problem than in any other apartment I've rented. Untl last your I had nothing but good things to say. But there have been significant changes since ownership changed a couple of years back. The biggest is the dog policy - lots of dog owners and lots of poop on the lawns. The staff doesn't do anything about it. There have been incidents of vandelism and theft (mostly from vehicles). The place has a security patrol, although I've never seen them do anything other than sit in their parked car in front of the office. I wish they'd track down some dog poop perpetrators.
