I lived in one of these apartments for about three years. They are great apartments and I liked my neighbors. The location is beautiful as well, as these apartments are right on Virginia Lake. However, anyone thinking of living hear should be forewarned about the management. They are very dishonest and VERY cunning when it comes to finding an excuse to avoid refunding your security deposit. You should photograph every single square inch of you apartment before you move in and when you move out--and even then they'll probably claim that the apartment suffered 'light damage' from the flashbulbs! I'd like to recommend this place, but the management is so corrupt that I wouldn't wish the resulting headaches on anyone.
