From what I see here, my experience has been the same. On my walk-thru upon moving out, I was told everything was ok and that I'd be getting my deposit back. I signed the paper, unfortunately, because later they added HUGE charges and I can't do anything to defend myself. Be wise and do not sign anything that might have blank spaces on it with these people. They are vicious. And, crime is a problem. Many car break-ins and lack of security. They keep the "security gates" open as they are never functional.
