The management from the start made a mistake in our apartment assignment on our move in date. We ended up with a 3 bedroom instead of a 2 bedroom for the price of a two bedroom unit because of their mistake. We had a dog, the dog did no damage. The deposit for the dog was way too much. Over $400. Did we get anything back for the damage he did not do. No!!! The management there decided to use the fact that we had the 3 bedroom apartment for the price of a two and needed to recoup the lost revenue. They said because I smoked they had to paint and charged over 400 dollars to paint. Isn't that part of a security deposit' Well they don't think so. I owe them money now. Their lost revenue was about $800 dollar for the year we lived there. So add it up, Deposit 700 minus 800 add 500 and you get their lost revenue; almost. I would not advise this place to anyone. My lawyers will defend me in the money owed. I will not have this place screw up perfectly good credit. The neihbors are young rowdy college kids whose parents pay for everything. They just don't care. If you are struggling don't move here.
