I have lived in Vista Ridge for 20 months now. We live on the bottom floor. Our first year here was pretty good. We never heard ANY of our neighbors (not even the 3 kids that lived next door). But in the last few months, we had some neighbors move in upstairs that are SO noisy. I have complained to the management 4 times, and each time they say they will leave a note asking them to keep it down. To no avail. I cannot sleep at night. They are dropping bowling balls or something ALL night long. I have had a few pictures fall off my walls. No exaggeration. I have started to take sleeping pills so that I can get a few hrs of sleep at night.

There are these wierd looking bugs in all the apartments, milipedes, I have to have them spray a couple times a year to keep it under control.

The management has always been friendly to me. Lots of college students living in the apartments, lots of dog owners who do not pick up after their pets, and the "gates" that are to keep unwanted ppl out are never closed!
