When I moved in, in 2003, I was given a discount because my apartment was not cleaned in any fashion what-so-ever. My bathtub was moldy and there was water leaking in the bathroom wall. I called in twice and made appointments with the maintenance guy and he didn't show up either time! I called and complained constantly but the office was full of a bunch of stuck up b**ches. Luckily I had two bathrooms and just ignored the fact that I was paying for a whole bathroom I couldn't use. Nothing was ever done! Because of their "GREAT" special, I was conned into signing a 12 month lease otherwise they wouldn't have given me the cheap rent even though everything was falling apart and disgusting. When my lease was FINALLY over in August 2004, I went to the office to get out of my hell hole I called home and to my surprise the staff had changed dramatically. This new management was very helpful and friendly in fixing all of my issues THAT DAY!!! I decided to stay a little longer and have seen wonderful changes come about. The staff is always friendly and maintenance always gets my stuff done asap. I highly recommend living at Vista Ridge now.
