Moved in Oct of 2005. Started out ok. New management SCREWED the entire parking situation up ($25 per month for more an addt'l parking spot). 2 thefts with a weapon in the last 2 months and management is too lazy or just doesn't give a damn about people living here. Only to new tenants. Would not advise!!!!

Hey DUMBASS: There has been one theft, and I lived next door to him...he was smoking pot and knew the robbers!! Management kicked him out immediately!! Management responded by warning all of us, what other apartments do you know of that would do that?? They have been awesome and respond right away to problems. Maybe you should have paid your rent on time??
