Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
I lived in these apartments about 3 or 4 years ago. It seems that things haven't changed there, as I too was screwed out of about $1500. They denied that I had given my 30 days notice and charged me an extra months rent when I moved out. I was billed $55 for "trash removal" because I left a shower curtain in the bathroom, crazy. I was also billed for new paint, carpet repair and cleaning of the refridgerator and oven. I only lived in the apartment for 6 months by myself and cleaned everything better than when I had moved in.
Make it easy on yourself, DONT LIVE HERE! We lived at the apartments on College Drive for a couple of years and they were great. We got our full deposit back and the management was extremely polite and helpful.
