We never had a problem until, I went into the office to move out. I was told that I did not give notice and would be charge for 30 days. I then spoke with the owner that was very rude and unresponsive to listening to anything that I had to say, so I called my husband to come. The manager left us waiting for 30 minutes in the lobby. I told her that I had come in and spoke with Monica about moving out which she denied at first then said I did but that slill didnt change anything. W hen I had gone I reminded monica which is who I signed the lease with that I was here only 3 months no problem at that time. I asked monica if I needed to do anything when I went to remind her we were moving out in july, that my last day of my contract was 7-4-09 we would probaly need untill 7-5-09 to move out she said no problem it would be prorated for the remainder 5 days. J ust to come in and she would take care of it,well that didnt happen. My husband had talked to some of the workers and they told him the occupancy rate there was 50% and many are complaining about xtra charges when moving out. Not the kind of people you want to deal with. also many apt break ins, loud and breaking in to cars. The security gat stays open alot. make it easy on yourself rent elsewhere. manzanita gates on robb ave treats you fairly and quick to take care of problems
