My husband and I lived in Vista Ridge while I was pregnant. The maintenance staff was very rude and unresponsive. For three days I took cold showers and didn't have the air conditioning working in the apartment during the hot summer... temperatures that were not healthy while I was pregnant. After terminating our lease early by paying extra rent we were told by a new apartment that Vista Ridge had said that they evicted us. Luckily, our new apartment did not deny us our application because even OUR NEW APARTMENT COMPLEX had heard about Vista Ridge and the problems they cause their tenants. Still fighting in court over fradulent charges.
