Terrible place to live

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
I lived there for over 1 1/2 years and was a great tenant. They let in a lot of very bad tenants who cause only problems and steal. At the end they kept half of our deposit because of trash when we never left any and its been over 2 months since I've been gone and no deposit, but just lies from there staff about where it is.
