I lived in VW since 08/03 and have not had many problems. Recently, the car ports that were damaged during the storms, were the only issues I have had to deal with. Maintenance has always been helpful. The old and new VW staff have been pleasant as well. The rent might seem high to some, but I feel it has been worth it to be in a nice, comfortable area in NW Reno. The 1 bdrms are very spacious and I've lived in a few apts in this property and liked all areas. It's a great place to live and I would move back.
