Apartments are very spacious. Gardeners don?t seem to come around here though. The bushes outside our balcony almost reach the sky. All the landscaping in public/common areas are nicely kept, so if you get an apartment in the back, good luck. Apartment staff is not as nice as they first seem. They also don?t like it when you call them to repair things, they don?t show up, even after several calls. The swimming pool is constantly needing some kind of repair, meaning everytime they drain that pool, you pay for it. And on two occasions this summer (2002) they drained it, forgetting to do other repairs, and ended up draining it again. The hot tub is strange: it?s either 500 degrees, or about as warm as bath water. I won't forget to mention the flies on my porch that have made homes in the patio walls. You can't enjoy the patio without flies swarming around you. At night, the walkway to my apartment is very dimly lit, and the sticky bushes wrap around your ankles as you walk. Now for the good qualities: There is one office staff member who really goes out of his way for anyone (Brandon); one maintenence worker who really works to get the job done (Fernando); and you get free candy in the office. If it wasn't for them, I don't know how I would have survived my short lease!
