I am currently a resident and have found the staff to be VERY rude. The facilities are not well maintained, the workout room includes broken equipment, the spa is rarely warm enough to be worth the trouble, and now residents are told that they cannot have planters on the patio walls and if they choose to have a satellite dish, it must be insured for $250,000. Had I known then what I know now, I would never have moved in. I am happy to say that I will be giving notice in the next six to eight weeks.
