Upon moving there, it looks awesome. But there was so many problems! The staff, especially the owner, Louise Peterson, is horrid. The plants are overgrown and there is a real spider problem in the warm months. They keep the complex pretty clean but apparently if any trash is in your car space, it is your fault. I received a rude phone message from this Louise about trash that I hadn't put there. Just recently we were evicted for being late with rent. I was in the know that we were late but we didnt even get a chance to pay it. Vista sent us to collective services two days after rent was due on the 3rd. We were evicted 9 days after that by collective services without any warning. The appartments don't even bother to warn you. They tell you in lease there's a period that you can be late with fees, but they send to collective services after a couple of days! It's too expensive anyways.
