In order to be in my daughter's school district, I've been here over two years and have seen much change. Initially I found the place adequate but cheaply built. Rent was acceptable and we got the job done. Over time a new staff came aboard and I give them all high marks -- they try hard and always have a smile. First-name-basis comes easy here, which is nice.

But the problem is that with a bit of paint and a parking lot resurface, they've started raising rents to the point I find they're some 15% above the market. I'll be leaving within the next 45 days.
