The rent is fairly high by Reno standards, but the place is not bad at all. Everything is relatively new and in good shape. The laundry room isn't as nice as having a w/d in your apartment but has plenty of well-maintained machines. The gym facility is small and won't save you from a membership if you are serious about working out. Grounds are well-kept and beautiful, location is in a great neighborhood with restaurants, supermarkets, and banks within walking distance. Bus line goes right by the front. The complex is generally very quiet. No knowledge of maintenance staff; I have never had a problem. Water, sewer, and trash pickup are included. Overall nice but somewhat pricey by local standards (about 600-650 for a 1-bedroom) although there have been no rent increases in the 3 years I've lived here.
