Comments from a former resident From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   The floorplans are really large, probably the largest around. The excessive noise levels from these old apt buildings are driving me crazy. You hear every single step from your neighbor(s) above you, every single toilet flush, etc. More noise relating to the old buildings than the average apartment. My neighbor had her kitchen sink overflow and onto her carpet (yukk) from an upstairs kitchen sink. It was a real mess. Maintenance is great & very friendly. The office manager can be nice but can be moody, wonder what sets her off'. Someone should tell her that her breath can kill a skunk. Pee-Yew! But overall I like living here and will stay because of the large apartment and space. Parking is ok, the property can use a good cleaning of grease & oils stains on their stairways everywhere!!!
