I've lived at Westridge for three years. I really love the wood burning fireplace. I do get a little nervous because each apartment is responsible for getting the chimney cleaned and who really does that so fire potential is a little concerning. Great deck size and spacious floor plans. However, the apartments are very old and noises travel easily from each apt. Also, the office staff often aren't around during office hours, close early and it takes awhile for things to get fixed. I HATE THE KITCHEN... Counters are too short and I'm only 5'2 but my husband is 6'0 so he has a hard time. Rent seems to go up every 6 months by about $20. If you aren't too picky than this place isn't too bad. Doesn't seem great for kids though.
