I lived there 2yrs, and reasons I moved were it was way too noisy, my apartment overlooked Mae Anne, and 24x7 I had traffic noises in my apartment, with all windows and doors shut. Also as of 9/1/08 wud be charged water, sewer and garbage, and end up paying for others uses, according to the papers I received. It was very spacious, but sometimes would be taking a shower and the water would go from hot to cold and back to hot, was told, I shared cold water with another unit, when I asked another apt. manager this, they told me, they never heard of such nonsense, considering I had my own hot water heater. If you took a shower in the main bathroom, even with the fan on, it caused the smoke alarm, in the hallway to go off. I strongly agree with the cold in winter and hot in summer, it was that way for me. Also the utility bills were out of control, gas bill in summer, way too high, for only using hot water for showers, and every 3 wks of dishwasher. Also, the no pet thing, I saw people walking dogs all the times, and was told, they were allowed, because it was before rule in effect, even though I was there a year, before I ever saw them. Parking was gud, close to unit, they kept snow plowed, to get out, then left it piled next to the office, for months. Also, visitor parking, near me was used by people with more than one vehicle, so non-existant. Rent was higher than other areas, for same thing, but cheaper than other complexes in area. Fees for washing wasn't bad, and had 2 laundry rooms, clean and kept up. Not a place for people with kids, no place to play, but nice for couples or singles.

ok first off i havent recieved said papers saying were to pay soon for sewer, garbage, etc..., the snow thing well where else would they put it not on the street when we needed to drive on it daily, the noise from maeanne was for those buildings on the edge of the property i should know i lived in one of them before i moved to another building within the complex and dont have that problem anymore...the situation w/ the cars, well if theres two people working in different areas or different times its logical to have that extra car...and the complex has 3 laundry rooms one is by building "u" and "t"...besides the 2 main ones...and yes its true no place for kids to play but i go to the park whenever i need to thats just on the hill where sierra highlands ends past 7th st...walking distance...

This review is completely ridiculous! First of all with the noise its an apartment complex what do you expect?! Plus the noise over there is not bad at all your just picky! and with the water sewage and trash its because you have lived there for awhile and you werent paying for it everyone else that moves in is REQUIRED to pay for it so get over it its like $16 a month not much other, apartments charge up the butt for that stuff I was told its based off persons living in the apartment not the usage I even asked the office so your NOT paying for others usage you should of read the paper!! and EVERYONE has their own water heater even look at the doors next to the apartment its right there! and if you had a problem with it why didnt you ask the office if they could have looked at it for you I know they are good when it comes to taking a look at things that would have been more logical then complaining. and the pet thing I am one of those people who own a pet and the reason being is because I have a doctors note, theoffice clearly states you need a doctors note in order to have a pet. and I agree with the person above me with the car situation even with them parking there is plenty of parking in this complex. and I bet this person doesnt even have kids because he would have found a better solution.
