I have just moved to Reno from Las Vegas in August of this year. These apartments are very spacious and quiet. Management knows how to get things done and sends maintenance as soon as possible. However, because the apartments are old, some rooms and closets smell... well, old. The location is great, campus is so close. The manager has a very strict "No-Party" policy, which is somewhat of a downfall, but the complex is quiet. (Not to mention that parties happen at all the houses around the complex anyway.) I really enjoy this apartment and would recommend it to anyone who is committed to their studies.
