I have lived here for 2 years and it has been pretty decent compared to other places. There is enough parking, an assigned covered space at no additional cost, large floorplans, large patios/balconies, and nicely kept grounds. There are a few issues thogh. When we moved in we were missing a screen door which the manager said would be ordered and brought in the coming weeks. 10 months later, still no screen, and she said it had just arrived and would be installed shortly. 2 years later, as you can guess, still no screen. Also, the plumbing here is old, and the toilets and kitchen disposals jam up frequently enough to call the plumber almost every month. Other than that, the apartments are pretty straightforward. You get about what you pay for, with no fancy frills, but a nice quiet community with few problems.
