I am a college student and enjoy living here very much. There are large decks and HUGE closets. The two bedroom apts each have their own bathroom and walk-in closets. They aren't fancy, but they are nice. They are also in an awesome location and close to the university. The prices and management are both reasonable. There is also no lease to get involved with, it's just month to month. They also approve certain types of pets. If you like your place quiet, though, select an upstairs unit. I have a downstairs one and the only pitfalls with that, is that it is dark and I could tell you exactly where the upstairs neighbor is in his house at any given time, because when he walks it sounds like an elephant trying to do jumping jacks. They just relandscaped the place and it looks great. There is also a pool and laundry on premises.
