If you are a college student, this complex is in a perfect location. However; you may be willing to make the drive after you've lived here for a while. The landlord has his hours set for mon-fri from 11-5, with a generous lunch hour And trust me, he closes no later than 5. Do you get any lazier' If you work normal hours and need to pick up a UPS package, it's not happening. On top of that, the parking lot is horrible, and he leaves the huge green trash bin right in the middle of the complex, right next to an apartment's bedrooms. In the summer, the stench is unbelievable. Not to mention he hired the garbage service for 7:30 A.M. So before anyone is up for work yet, the infernal beeping and revving of the huge diesel garbage truck rings through the complex. One last thing...the laundry facilities are ridiculous. $1.25 per wash and $1 per dry. The complex was built a long time ago, so the units are sort of falling apart as well. If you're looking for a nice place to live, don't come here.
