I moved in when the second phase was brand new and have a large apartment, I was so excited to have a washer and dryer in my unit. It took less than a year for management to lower the standards of what is allowable rule breaking. I don't feel safe in my home anymore. When I first moved in, management was very proactive when it came to illegal activity. The complex has turned 180. There is distribution of narcotics on a daily basis, multiple crimes on vehicles, and surprise, two apartments were burglarized just next to all the drug activity. An employee spends time "hanging out" in the apartment where drug distribution has occured. These are facts, witnessed by myself and friends. Parties aoocur on a regular basis, not to mention the unattended children, who have turned off power to portions of buildings. Beer bottles and cans are a common occurence, from outside patios to the parking lots next to car doors. It seems to have become a drug haven rather than a place for families to live. The managemnt office has been informed of these crimes, yet still no action is taken. It seems only a matter of time before somethin worse happens.
