I wrote the !! review...and it is quite different now. READ ON! Dun dun dun!

Well, I was satisfied with Whitell Pointe until I went to pay my rent today.

A couple of weeks ago, inspections were done on all apartments. (Apparently this is done regularly). I was baffled when Renee (office manager) told me I had five days to move out.

Why'

When I moved in at the beginning of January, I was not a student. Around the end of January, I enrolled in 12 credits (thus a "full-time" student), and took classes until May. I was told that I am unable to live in these apartments due to the rules of the property/income restrictions.

FIVE days. Wow. Oh! Did I mention that a few weeks ago, my boyfriends car window was smashed and around $4000 of stereo equipment and cds was stolen' Did the office staff care' Nope. She said she was surprised because they hadn't had a break-in in 5 months, as if that is a good statistic!

Parking, ha! Joke. Oh, and be careful of your neighbors and them dinging your car. If you care about your car, you wont move here. Also, watch out for MS TOYA and her 38458485 kids that run around screaming profanities. My favorite one is, "SHOW ME YO GRILLZ!!!!" Children often throw bark at windows and onto balconies. Especially when my cat is sitting out on our balcony. Watch out for balls being thrown in attempts to knock your pets down.

I can hear the people above me peeing. Disguisting.

Overall, this has been an okay place to live aside from the things mentioned above.

WOW! YOU TOOK THE WORDS RIGHT OUT OF MY MOUTH!!!! I TALKED TO RENEE TODAY ACTUALLY! SHE REPORTED ME INTO COLLECTIONS! I LEFT MY APARTMENT UNDAMAGED, AND NOW SHE'S ACUSSING ME OF LEAVING WITH HOLES IN THE DOORS! NOW I HAVE A $1,195. COLLECTION BILL. WHAT NICE MANAGMENT, HUH?! I'M SPEECHLESS ABOUT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!

I also have a collection bill of over $3,000 but from another apartment complex. They sent me to collections! Its a scam and I am currently in process of digging up info to speak with a lawyer about it.
