When I first moved in it was great then; parties started, kids are running around at all hours, grafiti, horrible parking, no on-site patrol, cars get broken into at least every weekend, and expect no help from the landlord. The computer room, pool, and gym are all closed at six o'clock. They boot your car as they see fit. Great rent but you have to sacrafice your sanity. The landlords are money hungry; they can careless about their tenants as long as they get their money. Seriously, rethink your options before coming here.

WOW, I agree with ALL of what was said. My boyfrieds car was broken into a few weeks ago. In the PARKING LOT. FULLY LIT. $4000 system stolen. Told manager, and she didnt care, all she could say was "We havent had a break in in 5 months!" Wow...what a pathetic record. Little black kids running around everywhere cursing and throwing rocks onto balconies. AWFUL. Once my lease is up, I am LONG GONE.
