I absolutely would NOT recommend this apartment complex to ANYBODY! This was my very first apartment. I moved into Whittell Pointe Apartment right after I turned 18 years old. One year ago. I'm a very quiet person, I don't party, I don't drink or smoke, I've always paid my bills on time and I respect things that aren't mine! Well to get started there are parties all hours of the night... Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday AND Saturday! There are always screaming kids right outside of your door UNATTENDED! YOUNG CHILDREN! I mean, where are the parents. These kids have to be under 5! My friend's car got booted one time. His car was parked in an uncovered spot, up to date, registered, street legal and they booted his car. In the whole year I lived there, I heard gun shots, burglaries, screaming and vandilism! This place to me was a scary place to live and not safe! There isn't ever security there! And the management really doesn't give a hoot about any request or attentions! At to top it off, every time my grandmother would visit me, the neighbors were always rude to her. That's just disrespectful! I do not give this apartment a good review. I was VERY disappointed!
