I have lived in this apartment complex for 3 years and it started out great but by now I can't wait to move. The noise in this place is horrible. My roommate has had to call the cops more than once to report noise disturbances from parties. All last week we had to listen to one of our neighbors play a movie so loud that not only did we hear the bass that shook our apt. but also the words to the songs and dialog. right now Im listening to kids running up and down the hall outside my apt and screaming. The kids run free where ever they want and do whatever they want. The language that these children use should never be known by someone that young. They are rude to every...my favorite was when my roommate and I were called white trash by a black kid who looked about 8 years old. I dont feel safe at all in this apt. we keep the door locked 24/7 and at night walking from my car to my apt. I always hold my keys so I can use them as a weapon. My roommates ex-boyfriend had his car broken into here. About a year ago I had some drunk person sideswipe my car while it was parked! and they didnt leave a note. When we moved into this apt. the floors are disgusting and are stained. We had them clean the carpet a 2nd time but it didnt help. When my roommate and I went to the office to let them know we werent re-signing our lease we found out that according to them our lease is up 2 weeks earlier than we had signed last year. They also ask for 60 day notice if you plan to move out which is unheard of at other apt. complex....don't live here if you want to keep your sanity because ours is almost gone.

If this person had so many problems that caused them to move out, they should have let management know about the problems they were having so the problems could be fixed. If management doesn't know about the problems occuring, how can they fix them? No where in this review or any of the reviews regarding this property on this site does it say that any of these tenants tried to complain to management.

We did...on numerous occasions and nothing was done...hence why we moved out.
